His energy and approach fosters innovative and creative thinking in developing effectiveness in personal leadership and self-mastery. Rawle's engaging personality invites and challenges his audiences with a strong presence based on love, acceptance, respect and humour. Rawle lives in Kelowna, British Columbia with his life partner Tanya and children Harris and Zen.
